    Our electricity prices have changed

Our Standard electricity prices went up on 28 April 2017

  • Over the past three years, we've been able to either cut or freeze our Standard energy prices. But the rise in the cost of supplying energy, along with other factors that make up your bill, mean we've had to take the difficult decision to increase our electricity prices.

    What this means for you

Our Standard electricity prices went up by an average of 14.9%1. That equates to around £1.40 a week for a typical dual fuel customer with average energy use2.

We sent you a letter to explain exactly what this means for you. You should have had this no later than 27 March 2017.

You won't be affected by this price increase whilst you're on one of our fixed price energy tariffs. If you're not sure what your current energy tariff is, check your latest bill or log in to your online account.
