I was with the old M&S Energy
Will I have to pay exit fees to switch to the new M&S Energy?
Most M&S Energy customers are currently on the "M&S Energy Standard Energy" tariff, and will not need to pay exit fees. If you are on a fixed term contract, you may have to pay exit fees if your fixed term ends more than 42 days after your switch begins. Your fees will be listed on a recent bill, typically on page 2 under the title "About your electricity tariff". If you have an existing fixed term contract with M&S Energy, SSE will honour your current price until your fixed term is due to expire.
