Why do I have to re-enter my details?

At the end of the agreement between M&S and SSE on 28 September 2018, SSE will retain your customer data. Unfortunately, this means that if you choose to remain with M&S Energy, you will now need to get a quote and re-enter your data to switch to the new service. This includes your Direct Debit details. We've worked hard to make the process as quick as possible, and you will only need to do this once.
