You’ve made a great choice in joining M&S Energy. You’re now benefiting from an energy solution which rewards you for reducing the amount of energy you use. So, you’re helping the environment at the same time as saving money.
M&S Energy is a partnership between Marks & Spencer and Scottish and Southern Energy, who trade regionally as Scottish Hydro Electric in Scotland, Southern Electric in England and SWALEC in Wales.
As your energy will be supplied to your home by Scottish Hydro Electric, Southern Electric or SWALEC, we'll ask you to use the relevant website to access and manage your account, including the following services:
- Supply your meter readings online
- Sign up to paperless billing
- Inform us that you’re moving home
- View and pay your bill online

Meter readings
Giving us regular meter readings will help us to measure your energy use. That means we’ll know if you’ve reduced your energy use each year by 10%, to be able to send your M&S voucher.*
Go paperless
Switch to paperless billing and you’ll earn an M&S voucher* as a reward. To sign up, simply log in to your energy account, via your regional website, and select paperless billing in your Online Profile. It’s easy to use, safe and secure. It saves paper and saves the energy used to make and send paper, so it’s better for the environment too.
